For airport pickups we monitor flight arrival times and adjust the pickup time for delays at no extra cancellation cost.
45 minutes free from the actual flight landing time for airport pickups, and 10 minutes for non-airport pickups. Additional waiting is charged in 15-minute blocks.
No-show bookings are charged at 100% of the fare, plus any parking or waiting charges incurred.
